THAI-STYLE KICKBOXING IN FORT WAYNE.

Muay Thai Kickboxing is known as the art of 8 points: hands, feet, knees, and elbows. This ancient martial art gets its name from its origins in Thailand. Today, Muay Thai is regarded as the dominant style of striking in both competitive MMA, and self defense.

At The Fight Lab we are proud affiliates of world-famous Sensei Duane Ludwig. Our head kickboxing coach Sensei Chris Lee received his BANG Muay Thai black belt from Duane in 2024 in Denver, CO. We promote within the BANG Muay Thai system: white, yellow, orange, blue, purple, brown, black. Whether you want to compete or you are just looking for a great workout and awesome community, you are welcome!

If you’ve never done any kind of striking before, we do recommend that you begin with our BLAST boxing sessions, which will help you learn footwork and form that you will need to grow forward. We also offer BANG onramp sessions and kicking and mobility sessions to help you develop your technique from day one. No matter your experience level, come in excited and ready to learn, and we will get you trained up.

As Bang affiliates, we are required to have all students wear ranked BANG T-shirts while training. For your first free class, you may wear a white T-shirt, or you can purchase a white Bang T-shirt at our front desk for $25. To train Muay Thai you will also need hand wraps, gloves, and shin guards, which we carry at the front desk Pro Shop as well. You can use our rental gloves for your first session, for free!
