STEP ONE: RESERVE A SESSION

We are stoked to meet you! Come check in 10-15 minutes before your session starts, so we can get you geared up and ready. Bring athletic clothes and a water bottle.

Hand wraps are required for all Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing sessions. If you don’t own hand wraps, you can purchase some at the front desk for $9.

STEP TWO: ROCK THE CLASS

All of our sessions are designed to engage and strengthen your body, mind, and soul:

BLAST BOXING sessions are no-contact (no sparring) HIIT (high-intensity-interval) fun-as-all-get-out sessions designed to sculpt your physique and improve your health, while teaching you real boxing technique.

BANG MUAY THAI KICKBOXING sessions are focused on technique and learning combinations. You’ll learn how to kick, strike, and throw elbows and knees like the pros, while also getting a killer workout.

JIU JITSU is the art of submission grappling. You’ll learn takedowns, sweeps, positional strategies, and submissions. Come ready to be welcomed into our bjj family, and come ready to learn. Gis are required for Gi BJJ. You can purchase a gi at the front desk when you sign up. Compression gear / rash guards are required for no gi.

KIDS MMA classes teach the building blocks of Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing, for kids. Real technique, a real culture of honor and family, a big dose of confidence, and a ton of fun.

 
 

STEP THREE: CELEBRATE

Time to celebrate! Starting is the hardest part. After a session you’ll feel tired in the best kind of way, knowing you just made yourself better and stronger. Make sure you stop by our front desk on your way out, so we can answer any questions you have, and hook you up with the membership that works best for you!
